Sunday School for ALL Ages (10:00am – 10:40am)
Sunday School is about knowing God through God’s Word, Discipleship, and Fellowship. It’s being more than a spectator, it’s about being involved. Sunday School is the opportunity to build relationships with God and with others. It’s about learning, growing, sharing, and caring. It’s the opportunity to build relationships that last for a life long journey of faith. You can’t afford to miss out on all the blessings and fun.
Children’s Sunday School – (0-5th Grade)

Adults of All Ages
We have 7 Adult Sunday School classes to choose from. Classes ranging from topical studies, varying bible studies, and curriculum based studies.
Children & Family Ministries – Beyond Sundays throughout the year, there are varying opportunities for children and families to fellowship, and grow together in Christ. (Ex: Vacation Bible School, Walk through Bethlehem, Annual BBQ, Fall Festival, Easter EGGstravaganza, Camp Meeting, Christmas play and gatherings, to name a few). We also gather for a monthly church-wide fellowship meal on the first Wednesday of each month. And we have seasonal family-friendly studies led by Rev. Mark Muckler where children, youth, and adults and families of ALL ages are welcome.
Youth Ministries – We have a very active youth group. They enjoy many fellowship opportunities as well as weekly Bible study, small groups, mission projects, fundraisers. and retreats. Join us for youth small groups on Sunday afternoons from 4:30pm to 6:00pm, and weekly fellowship & mission on Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
Our Community Youth Center is temporarily closed for remodeling and re-missioning after over 15+ years of ministry.
Adult Small Groups – All throughout the year, our pastor, staff, and lay persons lead varying small group opportunities for bible study and fellowship. (Ex: men’s & women’s weekly bible study, seasonal small groups led by our pastor, trips, retreats, and mission opportunities.)
United Methodist Men – Our United Methodist Men’s group meets monthly for a fellowship breakfast on the first Sunday of the month at 7:30am here at the church. Annually we participate in our Fall Festival, BBQ, and raising funds for various outreach/mission projects. We are the charter organization for our Boy Scouts, and Cub Scout Pack. We support annual church-wide ministries such as: Vacation Bible School, Youth Mission trips, Scout fund raisers, meals for our church family, and many other local charities and outreach. Whether you are 18 or 100 we invite you to be a part of our men’s group.
United Methodist Women – The Mt Pleasant United Methodist Women include 4 groups/circles. We visit the elderly, engage in mission through our local schools, serve at the mission response center, enjoy an end of year picnic, Christmas parties, feeding the hungry, serving the poor and those in need in our community, and other mission activities. We are a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ and to develop a creative support fellowship to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the Church.
Senior Adult Ministries (Keenagers) – We have a number of senior adults who are faithfully engaged in the mission of the church and intentionally inter-relate with all generations through programs such as confirmation mentors, food ministry, prayer partners, monthly fellowship outings, and more. Come join us.
