TITHE & OFFERINGS: ONLINE OPPORTUNITY
THANK YOU everybody for your continued prayers and financial support, especially over the past several months. Remember,
we give because God first gave to us.
You can give by dropping off your offering at the church or by mailing it in. You can also coordinate with your financial institution a weekly or monthly draft and have it mailed directly to the church, or you can give through a trusted online resource provided through our conference at the following link:
. Thank You again for your faithfulness and generosity as we strive to follow Jesus, make disciples, for the transformation of the world.

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE
This year, our Ash Wednesday Service will be posted online via FaceBook and YouTube by 6:00am on Wednesday, February 17th. All are encouraged to participate in the worship service anytime that day that is convenient with your schedule. Ashes can be picked up at the church ahead of time if you’d like. Also, Pastor Mark will be doing a drive-in imposition of ashes from 11am – 1pm out front of the church too. Please stay in your cars. Safety measures will be in effect. We hope all of you will kick off the Lenten Season with this special Ash Wednesday service.
Join Pastor Mark this Lenten season as he invites us to engage in a closer, more personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He will be leading a study on ancient spiritual disciplines and providing applicable resources for nurturing those practices using the Bible and a book entitled:
by Marjorie Thompson. Young and old are welcome to join us via video conference on
Wednesday nights at 6:30pm beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 17th
. Please rsvp to
for the video link and more information. Books are $16 and available at the church during regular office hours. We hope you’ll join us for this personal invitation to the Christian Spiritual Life.
Boy Scout News
On February 9th, we learned our Scout Troop has been selected, after 2 years on a wait list, to attend Philmont Scout Reservation in Cimarron, New Mexico. We begin our 7-day backpacking trip August 1 through August
8. Most groups have 2 years to plan this trip. We only have 6 months.
The cost is $1500 for each person, including adults.
Any donations would help to offset the cost of airfare and the Philmont cost. If you would like to help, please make checks payable to “Troop 327”. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience for these Scouts and leaders. In Scouting, this is the ultimate trip of one's Scouting career.
The new Upper Rooms are now available at the church. Both large print and regular print issues are in the basket outside the office entrance or in the hallway across from the office.
