THIS SUNDAY IN WORSHIP
We hope you will join with us this Sunday, March 9th as Pastor Byron shares with us “The Un-Wisdom of God”. The scripture lesson is 1Corinthians 2:1-16. 

EASTER LILIES 
If you would like to place an Easter Lily in the sanctuary in honor or memory of someone for Easter, please contact the church office by Monday, March 27th. Cost is $12.00. These will be placed in the Sanctuary for Easter Sunday, April 9th. 
 
ECCCM March Madness Food Drive, March 5th – April 2nd
It’s that time again! March Madness is here and that means the time for the annual nonperishable food drive for Eastern Catawba Cooperative Christian Ministries (ECCCM). The way the “March Madness” contest works is there will be boxes in the narthex representing the various popular sports teams. Nonperishable foods should be placed in the boxes for the team you wish to support. Every pound of food counts as 2 points whereas every dollar donation counts as 3 points. Monetary donations should be made out to ECCCM and given to Belinda Worsham, Missions Chairperson. Once the food drive wraps up April 2nd, the food will be delivered for weigh in at ECCCM and the winning team will be announced. 

BINGO FOR THE YOUNG AT HEART
Our youth will be sponsoring “Young at Heart Bingo” on Sunday, March 26th from 4:30pm to 5:30pm in the CLC. Come on out and enjoy a time  of fun, refreshments, and fellowship.
 
UNITED WOMEN IN FAITH PRAYER BREAKFAST
All women of the church are invited to come and bring a friend to the annual Prayer Breakfast for food, fellowship, and a special message from our members, May and Johnny Barber regarding the revisioning of their Humble Hearts Ministry on Saturday, March 25th at 9:00am in the CLC.
