THIS SUNDAY IN WORSHIP
We hope you will join with us this Sunday, January 1st as we begin a new year. Pastor Byron will be sharing his “Journey of Faith” and favorite scripture, Luke 6:38.

CHRISTMAS EVE OFERING
Through your generosity on Christmas Eve, we received $2,185.00 to be divided between The Christian Food Pantry of Sherrills Ford and Humble Hearts Homeless Ministry. Thank you for sharing and caring about these two local missions.

FAMILY NIGHT SUPPER
We hope you will join us for our Family Night supper on Wednesday, January 4th at 6:00pm in the Christian Life Center. Bring your well-filled “basket” of food (and desserts) as we celebrate the new year and have a time to meet and greet our new pastoral family!

UNITED METHODIST MEN
The United Methodist Men will NOT meet on Sunday, January 1st but WILL meet on Sunday, January 8th at 7:30am in the Christian Life Center. All men of the church are invited to join in this time of coffee, breakfast, and great fellowship. Cook Team 1 will be preparing the breakfast for this meeting. 

ADVENT/CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS
The Assimilation/Hospitality team and other volunteers, led by Patti Mendiola, did a beautiful job preparing our church for the Advent/Christmas season. They need your help once more on Monday, January 2nd at 9:00am to take these down and put them away for the year. If you can help, please meet in the Narthex on Monday. Everyone is welcome to come join in on this project.
